Dr. Manish Jhawar, MD
Dr. Manish Jhawar earned his Masters Degree in Epidemiology from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. He obtained his medical degree from Government Medical College and Hospital from Nagpur University in Nagpur, India. He continued his medical training with a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri, Columbia Hospital, Columbia, Missouri. He completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at the same hospital.
Dr. Jhawar is board certified in Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, and Cardiovascular Diseases. He serves as an Interventional Cardiology Fellow at the Michigan State University Borgess Heart Institute.
Dr. Jhawar is active in several professional organizations and is a member of the American College Of Cardiology. He has been recognized throughout his career with many honors and awards, including Graduate Student Representative, Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and as an Executive Member of the Organizing Committee for the Annual Gathering while in medical school.
Dr. Manish Jhawar is the author of numerous manuscripts and abstracts. He holds certifications with the Medical Council of India and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
